Finding Your Voice in the Workplace

I grew up in a culture that said it's a collectivistic society, right? It's very hard. Don't stand out too much. My parents like put your head down, do the work. That's not how American companies work. And so you're basically unpacking all the cultural understanding that you have. I wish we had more models of success. But right now in the system we live in today, you kind of have to figure out how to navigate.
