Gut bacteria can communicate with your brain to hell if it's going wrong or something's good. So they basically say, Hey, let me see what the food that you know you're eating is and let me send a signal to the brain either to have more of this crave more of this, or send signals of information like we don't like this. And so you really are changing the way you feel based at what you crave based on what you're eating. It's very easy.
