The European Court of Justice's Interpretation of the Charter of Rights

The court got it wrong. They cited the Guardian article so I think that tells you that there was a determination to reach this issue on the European Court of Justice. These rules are not made up that's the Charter of Fundamental Rights on Article 6 and 7 where older member states have agreed as part of like the constitutional fabric of the EU. And they did not borrow from existing laws where people had actually asked the question, can we make this work as a practical matter? It's a kind of, I mean, because it gets a bit much. All right, I go for it.
