Canada generally speaking has been fairly successful in terms of upstream production there's a very talented body of geologists geophysicists and petroleum engineers. The downstream markets have generally speaking were stable but have really ramped up in recent years. Europe got saved by some more weather but that problem's coming back we can touch on that in a second.
