I love the way that you put it. I use this metaphore with folks a lot, where like those kind of discomfort or uncomfortable feelings are like a beech fall. We holpe right, that we can help that go away. And unfortunately, like a beachfall, they're coming back, and they're comingback, and you're going to get water in your face. That's feally common. So yes, this works, but for how long? And those are some of the questions that we start with.And if i need to, i can go to the research on burnout. Just what is well being and what does it feel like verses this state of exhaustion
