The Truth Is Not Out There

The world is out there, but descriptions of the world can be true or false. The world on its own, unaided by the describing activities of human beings, cannot. Locke and kant are using a ery human process called reason to make a truth about human rights that we then used to structure our societies. Liberalism was not found to be the best political strategy. Historical circumstances and common values among people made it the best political Strategy for a time.
