Pranks for Deranged Billionaires

If you had $1.4 billion, what would your dream hobby be? What kind of pranks or hobbies would you engage in with that money? I want to buy used astronaut suits from multiple international space stations and mail them to random residential addresses using the phrase prepare yourself printed on a card. On the back of the card, there will be a list of the other addresses that I mailed the other suits to. And of course, no return address. That takes away some agency. It takes away some part of a person's humanity and their right to exist - even if you don't like what they're buying.
