When you start your business, it's just you. It's just yourself. And as you continue to grow and by the time you make your first hire, you're going to have to know how to train that person. So I think really from the beginning, writing down processes and procedures, even though I had nobody else on my team, I wrote down everything so that when I did make that first hire, it was so much easier to train. Now we're, we have a team of like 20 something employees and we still do the same process. Every employee has to write down and do loom videos of everything that they're doing.
