The Different Types of Flow State

flow is letting it happen, clutch state is more what we call making it happen. Clutch state occurs when you are very clearly trying to execute something. Easy days or recovery days are not great options for clutch state. Those harder workout days give you the opportunity for clutch state and tempo days.
