I think fortunately that there's been kind of a shift again in the last couple of years that we see more and more people and media realizing that trying to run on the forefoot is not a good idea. So then it's useful to think about running tall to get that posture right when you're running. I just think run tall or run tall because that's that's one of the few like form cues that I that I use, especially intra-flourance.
