The Intermediate Stage of Epidemiology
People either think about the extremely raw data, like just counting cases and just that. Or they think about very advanced research side of things where like here we got whole epidemiological models looking at the trends of an epidemic done by research groups and universities. But I think yeah, there's this intermediate step of you take raw case counts or raw death counts and you kind of polish them to make them more usable. And so for most people it's extremely difficult to get a seven day average, they wouldn't even know where to start.
