The first thing was could we build a product that even our own team wants to use and we would miss it when it's gone. The more people in there the noisier it is. Instead of then going to launch and bringing in users having a targeted alpha where you are testing so instead of saying like will people use this if it's live it's will people who match all these initial customer profile aspects to them. Use it every week. And if you can pre screen those people and only bring in people who meet the criteria can really test a hypothesis.
