How to Lose Weight and Keep It Off
When you put people on diet and exercise, which again, I'm shilling, I have my lift R X. It's great for exercise. But when you look at the data, it's pretty clear that on average with a comprehensive, comprehensive program, like gold standard, you're getting somewhere between around 6 to 8 percent total body weight loss over the course of like a year. And then over the years, that's, that eventually becomes less and less. The majority of people will not unfortunately be able to lose as much weight as they want to lose and keep it off. There will be some people that do.
