I've taught at some pretty prestigeous institutions where people didn't want to be there, and it was considered perfunctory. So for me, engagement and desire and motivation and just like, helping students achieve their goals is just amazing. And when people are engaged, it's just a lot of fun to not i agree a hundred %.
