Introduction
On the obverse and reverse of the great seal of the United States, we see a pyramid. Underneath is written novel ordo secularum, a new order of the world. If you will count the number of stages indicated on that pyramid, you will find that they are 13. Up above, it says, Anuit Coiptus, the he has smiled upon our activities. It is as though there were a resurrection.
