Healthcare Devices - Is There a Need for Regulation?
Cyber Healthcare Act is one of the topics that not only CISOs agree on, but actually Republicans and Democrats can both stand behind it. It's unusual to have Congress step in to look at topics like device security; you'd expect regulatory bodies or industry would be taking lead here. I think this is ultimately the indication that this really has crossed over and become an issue of great concern for human lives and protecting people.
