CityView is a multifamily specialist, a sharpshooter. We've always worked in housing when we founded the firm in 2003. The thesis was that there was a generation of young people who weren't going to want to just drive to the next freeway off-ramp and buy a home with a white picket fence. That's how we got involved in it. When we started there were three or four of us and we now have 150. And we continue to remain focused like a laser on this asset class in those markets.
