We Need Transformational Reforms to Prevent a Debt Crisis

Two years ago a platform was developed, it is called Common Framework for Debt Resolution. Three countries asked Zambia, chat and Ethiopia to ask for debt relief. It has taken a long time, but finally we have an agreement on Zambia. We need faster, more predictable functioning of the Common Framework. And it is very important that large creditors bear their responsibility to act like China and the private sector. So these are the immediate actions we have to take.
