How Marketing Can Support HR Initiatives
Marketing can be an important part of recruiting passive candidates. If they're saying bad things, that's not going to go well for your brand overall into the community. So we don't think about that when we post jobs online or read Glassdoor and things like that. We got a great brand marketing manager here in Jackie at MSH. And yeah, we have our marketing team working closely with our team members to make sure that we're conveying that brand externally and internally.
