The Fed Is Not Going to Cut CPI

New home sales are at levels not seen since last March. Housing is certainly starting to recover. And housing leads rents. So I think you're going to see stabilization in the prices. And rents are going to the deficit. The best case scenario for all of us, which is why I also am in cyclical and industrials and materials and financials, is to say we have a slowdown but it's not a huge slowdown. It's a soft slowdown which we can come back from.
