Do I Want Roth Dollars?
The employer match on the 401k is allowed to be Roth. Simple and set by arrays prior to 2022 had to be traditional dollars. Now, you can have a Roth set by array. And in fact, the set IRA, you can do Roth in 2022. This is revolutionary in terms of our industry. It's one of the knocks we've had on steps for years.
