When we for long periods of time, the body goes into like a hibernation mode and blood flow reduces to the brain. The more trained you are, maybe the quicker your heartwright recovers more readily. When we move away from our desk, even just changing the scenery, changing the context, and we're thinking about something else, even a pastewalk outside, cession of yoga. These things have been shown to boost creativity. And i always come up with my best ideas when i'm movingwhen you know it's flowing.
