The Evolution of Apps in the Home Shopping Process
There were some objections, particularly in 55 plus active adult communities like, oh, you know, older people don't really use apps. What we really see as an opportunity for our company is to drift more upstream into the home shopping process. You know, today with higher interest rates and other economic forces, it's a lot more competitive to attract a home buyer. So we are moving further upstream and is really a key way to dimensionalize that experience in the home purchasing process.
