The problem is that you probably wouldn't have the time to take those actions because if you think about it, you're outside of the bar. It should be something as easy as pressing the side buttons on your phone or like whatever. And you should be able to do it on behalf of somebody else by typing in their Apple IDBecause locking down your Apple ID should be non destructive. Doesn't stop anything happening. Just just raises the bar that now someone now your passcode is no longer sufficient to do all the things that the power to do.
