The Carbon Cost of the Over Treatment
Over treatment and under treatment that we see throughout all countries, whether high, low or middle income. And there's a huge literature on eno futile treatments. The cost of treatments that are known to have no benefit,. Yet we know we're continue toan prescribe them. We also ose potentially inappropriate treatments that are really unlikely to prove to give benefit, but may, and people may wish to try them. It is one of the most shocking inequities of health at the moment.
