We are no better rd for the next pandemic than we were for this one. We might ben worse. E have worse prepared because this was the most benevolent form of a benign pandemic, even though it's terrible. And didn't have to be that way. I think that the tools exist to create the the mahem and the destruction and the death. It feels like the technology's there, but maybe not the will to deploy the technology. Am i correct?
