The classics are longer. They're that extra hour, even 75 90 minutes longer than the usual stage races. And so i want to build my athlete's durability. That's just their base, their basic endurance,. But a world tour level rider, i've got data from there. You know, they can sitat at a, you kno sub threshold pase for six hoursand they have no drift, no cardiac drift. Ite do anything for six hours without cardiac drift. So this is so that that's dear ability. And then, of course, then you have that high intensity repeat ability on top of that.
