The Meaning of Working Together for Good
Paul is also speaking of things working together for good in the context of the suffering, weakness and groaning that he has been discussing to this point. In verses 29 and 30, Paul traces things back to this deep purpose of God. Once we realize that everything is grounded in the purpose and the promises of God, we will have much more assurance.
