REM Sleep Behavior Disorder - Could This Patient Have Parkinson's?
The three pre-motor symptoms that are most helpful is hyposmia, changes in smell and constipation. REM sleep behavior disorder or RBD refers to a sleep disorder where people during the REM phase of sleep are active. There's quite a high rate of phenoconversion from RBD to Parkinsonism over the course of years.
