The HBO special did happen and for better or worse you are sort of the the go-to guy for depression and in comedy. Did that make you work harder at staying healthy because you knew everybody was kind of looking to you for for an example and for guidance. Getting enough sleep is is really important like seven or eight hours at least is it has been really helpful in in maintaining my my mood and also warding off anxiety and and illness which frequently if over the years when I've gotten a cold or when he had COVID I got depressed but that's a symptom of those viruses.
