I think that the evidence you would then have to see is whether or not Ukrainians are making considerable gains. So far, that's not been the case, but Ukraine to some extent is trying to fight Khursam as an alternate. And in the coming weeks, it'll be clear whether or not they're really planning a withdrawal or if they intend to fight for some parts of Khursam.
