Moral Injury in the Pandemic

The concept of moral injury, particularly during the pandemic, has been very relevant. Health care workers in hospitals need to decide who's going to be put on a ventilator because they just don't have enough for them. And when some one is dying and you're denying their loved one to come and sit with them - that grated on thcare workers as well. On top of exhaustion and physical exhaustions, it's really interesting to see how research a moral injury has exploded over the last few years.
