How to Shoot in a Cooper Stance

It wasn't until the Cooper stance became popular in the 50s that people started shooting too handed and it was funny at the range today i saw. There's definitely still people that shoot in the Cooper stance what's with that weird john wick uh there's a word for it where like there you you clutch the gun to your chest like  you were having the vapors right? It might be half the reason when they made those movies is like um because of like ipsec and stuff like that it might happen again.
