Everybody was deeply deeply impacted by that and I've just always wondered being in the insurance business in Manhattan how you guys felt about that. Insurance companies that had the World Trade Center ensured there was issues with coverage and what was covered and what was not covered so they ended up having to all go to court to kind of figure out what the final payout was. David: Now more than ever the importance of having a true risk manager and an independent agent that really knows what they're doing is probably more important than it has ever been.
