This month you become chair of starbock's board after having served as vice char. You know, what is the state of corporate boards in america? What are the kind of things we need to do in order to evolve? Well, the state is not where it needs to be, but i think we're going to see some frenzied activity the last twelvemonths because post george floyd's horrific murder and countless other people. I think boards have realized they're exposed. But there're still almost a couple o hundred fortune 500 companies that don't have a diverse board member.
