I built an advertising agency for them and we got into package design. I was less engaged in the creative product and more engaged in making sure the spreadsheet numbers look right. So I left that job and joined CBX as a partner. And then the rest is history. We have about 85 people across two offices covering everything from verbal strategy to design strategy to brand architecture, positioning.
