Speaking to audience members is so important, especially for our on line learning. When you're live, you can say to people, how do you think such and such works? And you can get a sense of where people are at. But if you don't interview some of the audience members, then you're really missin out on understanding how they perceive things and how they think about things. So the message is, forget about your assumptions and go get the real data.
