Most of us, our quality of life has been a complete fucking afterthought. We are not always going to rock the void. The self energetic reclaiming of your personal power is to start noticing small improvements to quality of life. It's in a character flaw. This is just how you survived to now. You aren't lazy. You're not a workaholic. You don't deserve this investment. Everyone else is more important or I'm so looping back through survival mode all the time that like, how could I possibly follow through on something? That is such a horrible consequence of trauma.
