Tango CEO - What's the Most Exciting Thing You're Doing?

I founded Tango with my co-founders, Brian and Dan, when we were at Harvard Business School. That team of three has scaled now to a team of 30 in about two years. Digging into data, uncovering insights, that's definitely a sweet spot for me. I love the quantitative side, but the qualitative side is also really important.
