At the age of 20 I did too, what did I know of the damage he was doing to himself? Stanley Cervinsky checked off our names and nodded us on board soundlessly. He had a faint scar on his right cheek from a drunken sparring accident back in the day. Vance gave me a quizzical look and elaborately stroked his scraggly blonde beard.
