Imagine yourself like a tree, the lower body grounding down and growing roots deep into the soil beneath you. As you inhale, sense into that buoyancy, that levity, that lightness. And as you exhale, connect to the roots, the base of the spine and even beneath the earth's surface. See if you can breathe like that.
