Every three months of my life, it's always like a different shift. Currently at my stage, I do wake up early in the morning for London session because I am a full time day trader. And just cause I'm up London, New York session doesn't mean I'm just watching the charts. The moment I wake up, I look at the charts. If there's potential setups and then close my laptop and continue my day. Then once I get the alert, I check my phone. Once it hits one to one at a one to one, at least my alert.
