Product Strategy - Why Is It Important?
A product strategy allows you to focus on the next curve. It also provides direction for the tea. You, as a product manager, can scale up quite efficiently. The road map is the outcome, or the products ate bill we will be built towards that product strategy. If everybody is running towards the same direction and everybody knows what the path is toward success then it's much easier for people to independently collabrate in getting us to that success.
