When you're an older worker, the assumption is maybe they're looking for someone that's a little bit more flexible. So i'd prefer using the phrase seasoned workers. And if you think about it, if you've been working since you were 15 and you're now 35, you're a seasoned worker too in some way - so impi i see it is more like seasoned tonal that have perhaps done queer pivots or different a career path to get into their new role.
