There is obviously a shift of skills, new needed skills. We are before supply chain capability for sure was connecting the dots in the company to understand the sales perspective and as well the production perspective. But nowadays with the high input of digital needs to understand coding, if you would like to know what is the right tool and to translate it through the needed process perspective, software coding is a skill which is needed. That is what we see in terms of the future of work in Supply Chain.
