The Importance of Tone in Content

We were talking a lot about tone today and like finding the right tone for the reader situation. And I think the companies that get it right, spend more time thinking about those things before they just put something out there that feels a little bit like stiff or rushed. You're supposed to iterative. The same as all the other roles that you have on the deaf team, really. If you worked with design, it's Iterative. When you work development, it’s iterations over time. So why should your content just be like one draft, right?
