Drug Paraphernalia - Is That Good for You?
Most of these people, it is really a drug issue, which is a mental health issue, right? Because if you do certain types of drugs, your your mental state is changed forever. These are people who are taking a shit on the sidewalk in front of kids walking by. Yet, like that is not ti that. They're also smoking crack. And when youv put em, sorryme, they ar stal experiencean walking through a lay. I just say, it's not inhumane to want these people to get help. It's inhumane to not help them and keep them on the streets.
