The Importance of Common Vocabulary in Design

Both of these books I felt complimented one another in some ways. They kind of approached the discussion of design from two different angles and they really worked really well together. In my experience, the CEO doesn't care about your rules. He just wants to come in and tell you what he thinks should be done. And it's interesting to see different perspectives on this topic.
