Lake Victoria Is the Third Largest in the World
Lake victoria is the third largest in the world, but at its deepest point it's only 65 meters. It was part of the congo river drainage into the atlantic ocean, but it got cut off by the western rift. In a few million years time, africa will be split into adand you expect lake victoria to grow during that time. So these er, these comings and goings of the lake most certainly do influence the structure the serengetti system. I think that's definitely something that we want to get to.
