How to Make SSL Work on Local Host
There are two types of CAs which is you have the public CAs and you have private CAs. Less encrypts only issues certificates to publicly accessible domains or websites. Private CAs are used to issue certificates and enable HTTPS for private domains. So that's the basic difference between them. If you're within a cloud environment or within your cloud environment and have an internal sign that means that that's internal CA is for issue certificates to endpoints or URLs within that internal network.
